Information We Collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication details, preferences, and support messages. If you choose to use wellness features, you may also provide health-related information such as meals, ingredients, food or menu photos, dietary restrictions, allergies, chronic-condition context, movement goals, weight, sleep, mood, activity level, and optional profile details.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the app, personalize recipes, menu and meal analysis, workout plans, sleep insights, reminders, subscriptions, support, security, analytics, and product improvement. We do not sell your personal information.
AI Features
When you use AI tools, the text, images, and context you submit may be processed by AI service providers so the feature can return a response. Avoid uploading information you do not want processed for that feature. AI outputs are educational wellness guidance and may be imperfect.
Payments
Subscription checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. Everwell Compass does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and tax information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, database, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, AI processing, email or support workflows, and payments. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to Everwell Compass.
Telehealth Links
Everwell Compass may link to Apricity Telehealth or other clinical-care services. Those services are separate from this wellness app and may have their own privacy practices, consent forms, and clinical documentation requirements.
Your Choices
You can update profile details in the app, choose what wellness information to submit, cancel subscriptions through billing tools, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or legitimate business reasons.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use a strong password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Children
Everwell Compass is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service for a child without appropriate consent and legal authority.
